Salsa dip :)
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans shoepeg corn drained
1 can whole black olives, sliced
2 fresh jalapenos or serranos diced finely(seeded and membrane removed)
4 moderately firm avocados diced
juice of one lemon
1/2 bottle of chipotle tabasco
1 tbs ground cumin
1 tbs ground black pepper
1 lb cherry tomatoes quartered
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
mix together, chill, enjoy with tostada chips :)
