My son is transferring to A&M Corpus for the fall from Sam Houston and I am looking for apartments reasonably priced for a college kid so dad does not need to foot to much of the bill.I know there is a lot of college kids that frequent this board so I was hoping to get some help since I live in Fredericksburg. Close to the water and school would be preferable.I will be back in town April 2 and would like to look at a few while I am there.
Thanks
Steven

There are several apartment complexs along Ennis Joslin road that offer low cost efficieny apartments. Right by Oso Bay and just down the road from TX A&M CC. Just drive in and check them out. Don't bother with the new complex right at SPID though, too much dough for those units.
Good luck! _________________ Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

I don't know of any firsthand. My daughter goes to school there and she lives at home. Seems she and some friends looked into getting some apartments on the southside somewhere. I do know those on campus are outrageously priced.

Call this girl and tell her exactly what you're looking for. She's been doing it for 7 years. Doesn't cost you a dime....(361)510-7663

Most in that area are high-dollar. Hit the Bluff, Some nice college kid houses for rent & can get free meals at Timons ministry next to the pizza hut.
Plus your surrounded by water for fishing. _________________ Fish hard, fish the Bluff. Surrounded by water!

| I lived on campus for 3 years, and its really nice but way overpriced. I have recently moved to Towne Oaks apts and have been there for a year. I would try/reccomend Sugar tree for just a 1 BR. You have more options with a roomate(s) I would not reccomend the shores to anyone. Jason Slocum |
