| I am going out towards baffin bay next week for the first time. Can someone tell me some good spots to fish. I do not have a boat so i will be wading or bank fishing. What areas around the Loyola beach or riviera beach that are good or any spots in general. |

If you fish layola beach go toward the boat ramp just before it there is a caliche road to the left you can go down there and park and wade in. Would you happen to know where sight 55 is or drum point those are really good spots to. There are alot of good spots out there to wade I grew up fishing that area and have pulled alot of good fish out of there. |

| Go to Layola and check with the convience store about two blocks west of Kings Inn. They sell bait and tackle and should be able to direct you to the best current wading or shore fishing spots. There are several good places just a short drive from there. |

Maybe Reelaxin or Fred can assist me in this ...
If you take the road past the Seawind RV Park & Resort.... head down a little ways... you dead end into a T-head pier. I believe that there is a set of rocks out there that you can wade to. I don't know much about that area, but I went out to that pier once and it was filled with people. So I guess some fish can be caught there..

Seabass, was that the park peir or the on on the other side by kraatz bait shop? If it was the one by kraatz I don't think you can wadde that far out. There are rocks out there right in front of the t-head but if I'm correct you can't wade out that far. you can yak out there if you have one. The fishing out there is awsome! If you ever fish there again at the peir try to get the right corner and just cast sraight with the corner posts. If you do you just miss the rocks but the fish come right out. I've caught a few good fish from that spot! |

| If you get directions to williamsons boat ramp from the store, the shore line that runs west from there turns into site 55 and crosses a rock jetty. It's at least 300yds. of excelent wading including the 55 shoreline. this is my once a week spot and it has been good to me.hope this helps. |

| Yeah thats about right. that area has some awsome fishing. If you can get across 55 to the rocks it's even better. Caught a couple of limits of Reds out of there! |

| At Leo Kaufer Park there is a public peir that has some ok night fishen. Its where the main boat ramp is. If you head south on county 628 from Kaufer Park the road will curve back to the west keep going straight till you hit 771. If you go left on 771 you go towards the bay, kratzes is there and another public peir. to the left of kratzes you can wade out there some rocks that are a couple hundred yards long. If you go right on 771 you go back towards riviera. County road 1546 is about a mile if you take that left you will go to williamsons you can wade there to the right pretty sandy bottom. If you keep going past 1546 to the next road can't remember the number and take a left you go to site 55. Has a fairly muddie bottom depending on where you fish. The drum are starting there run so there plentiful at site 55 right now. |
