That could cover a wide range of recipes. I have tons of brine recipes. What is the meat you will be cooking? Turkey, pork - wild hog or farm raised?-, Salmon, chicken, shark, etc... I do a lot of bbq cook-offs so I'm flooded with recipes. _________________ B-Bill

| Hey dockjock2, yeah what Barnacle Bill said, me too. Same song second verse. I have some excelent brine recipes for seafood. I have also just descovered that we have Button Brush available here on the island. Some of the best smoked fish I ever tasted was in Florida, Yellow Tail Snapper smoked w/Button wood. So do any of you locals know if this is the same Button Brush/wood as is used in the keys? How about Capt. Billy, I believe he has been around as much and knows more than most. Anyway, I'll have to do a little search of my recipe stash and I'll post ya a good basic starter batch that you can work from. Also, what are you useing to cook in? |
