We catch a lot of 'em on topwaters. Topdogs, shedogs, whatever. When they're crashing bait in the wadegut, break out the fly rod and get ready. Caught the one shown in my avatar on a silicone mullet fly and an 8wt. He was about 7 feet from me when he hit, and I wasn't in the water. Two of us had hookups at the same time. I landed mine, the sharks ate the other one and almost spooled his rod. It was awesome.

Where were you fishing when you caught him? That must have been quit a fight with a fly rod. _________________ Fishing and Kayaking its a rough life but somebody has to do it.
