what is your favorite way to cook pomp???

I also like Bobby Flay's Fish taco recipe using Pomps. Yummy! Sometimes I just make the marinade and skip the tacos and just eat the fish.

I like to enjoy the flavor of pomp as much as possible, so I prefer a simple smoking with butter, garlic, and fresh dill.

Its good about anyway you fix it though.

I like them poached in salted water. Dip in drawn butter as you eat it.
