Hey guys/girls. I will be taking the family fishing 12/29-01/06.
What i'm wondering. Is there a place on the beach around Port A where they can set off fireworks. Or maybe Rockport/corpus. Thanks for any info. _________________ Al |

I don't think fireworks allowed in or around Port "A". The local "hotspot" to set them off is the shoreline in between Aransas Pass and the Ferry.

| The traditional spot has been on either side of Hwy. 361 between Port A and Aransas Pass. The city of Aransas Pass has this designated as an area for fireworks and has fire trucks stationed by Dale Miller Bridge incase of Brush fires. It is very dry now and I would not be surprised if one got started. We plan to be there too. |
