I'm looking for a troiling motor for my 19' boat. I'd love to find a used Motor Guide but would settle for Minn Kota. I would like it to have the mounting bracket for the deck. Let me know. Thanks.

Check with Chris at So. Tx. trolling motors on SPID. I bought a used one years ago and it had a warranty. You can expect to pay half of what a new one goes for. Don

Well he has one without a bracket but sounds pretty good. By the time I buy the bracket, the hookups, the batteries, geez small fortune. Maybe I'll just drift.

Did you get your trolling motor situated. I was in the True Value store in the Bluff a couple of weeks ago and they had a Minn Kota reasonably priced. _________________

Nothing yet. We are holding out for one of those great buys, lol. We are in no hurry. I bought one for my old boat and paid $300.00. Complete ready to go. We'll see what happens. Thanks for all the tips. Keep the information coming if you happen across one.

You bought one yet? If not I've got a Motor Guide 71# bow mount with
mounting bracket. It does need to be serviced but is in good shape.
4 years old. If you interested I want $150.00.
Will be taking it off the boat next week, my new one is on it's way.
If you interested just send me a PM.

Wallhanger , just think, if you do,or already have, purchased Capt'n Mike's trolling motor, you might get a little bit of the experience that goes with it and that trolling motor has found a lot ogf good fish!! That's worth $150 by itself. The trolling motor is a bonus!! _________________ Wishin I was fishin!

Before Capt. Mike could sell it to me he had it tested to make sure it was in good operating order. It was not. Needed work beyond worth. I'm still looking. Capt. Mike graciously offered to keep his eyes and ears in search for one. Any and all help is still appreciated. Thanks.
