Left the house around 5:30am and the temp was reading right at 40 DEGREES, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Got to my spot just as the sun was breaking and felt like the lone angler. Not a soul in sight. Started questioning myself that maybe everyone else knew something I didn't. Yakked and casted for a good 3 hrs before the first bite. Then I found em and man were they hungry. guess they (reds) were just sleeping late. (lol) Well ended up being a very good morning all and all and there will be reds on the table tonight. Good fishing ya'll and be safe.

nice fish, imay have to go back there again soon ive been dying to catch some keeper reds
