The FFF had their first of many meetings at the wreck yesterday. We got a lot accomplished. The 15 mph law was being broken by many people, especially the ATV's(Govt ones). It's ok though. We nominated NP as the "Biggest Little Kid" of Texas. On the agenda- Why was it so nice at the beach? Why was the water so cool and green? Oh we did pass the 4lb test line of catching a Red Fish., Good Job GP. MM, it was good to see you at the meeting too. CA, was showing the other members how to untangle fishing line from birds and reels. MP was showing the young members how to successfully transfer a hermit crab to a new home. All in all the meeting went good. Mr. Alizondriocasa stopped by and wished us a happy 4th of July. He's not too bad once he eats a few habenero 's.. Well here is some of the many hours of footage taken. This was taken from a "Helmet Camera" I designed. Most of this was from the recess midway through the meeting...

Regards,

S.S.

Stupid question, but what is the FFF? I'm a member of the FFF, but that stands for Federation of Fly Fishers. Just wondering.... =)

Well, now that you asked. It means "Family Friends & Fishing".

Around.......looking for a job. =) Baker Hughes started some pretty intense lay offs about 3 months ago and (in the fourth round) I got the ax. 3 months of intense job hunting has produced squat. So.........to combat my depression I've been fishing every chance I get....LOL. But seriously, unemployment sucks....... Laughing

That was some pretty awesome footage and good editing work. What do you use to do your editing? Do you run all DV?

This is the first time I used the program. It is called "Power Director" by cyberlink. I usually use Sony Vegas 8. That helmet cam is hard to get used to. It has no view finder. Only lazor beams to aim.. Shocked thanks... The Wreck is in the middle of "Broke Back Beach" Just North of PINS.. I don't really know if there is a wreck there but Tarzan swears he saw Sailors walking from the surf in that area.. Shocked I have no GPS numbers.. sorry. Drive south of BOB Hall Pier and Ask some of the folks and they should be able to get you close to it..

Sapo that was some good footage and the beach looks good. After the speed limit goes back to 25 mph, lets plan a trip down to PINS.before you get a producers job in Hollywood. Cool
