| I went fishing at the surf Friday around 5pm til 9pm, caught two small black tip and four blue fish, which I had no clue of what they were until I look them up. My question is are they edible or just fun to catch? |

"Smoke 'em if ya got 'em."
Bluefish are slightly oily, but except for the bloody line down the center have a mild taste. The filets can be skinned and pan-fried, but are best with the skin left on and smoked. _________________ The Trash Heap Has Spoken!

I asked some orientals one time that were hauling them one after another what they did with the Blue Fish.
They told me that they make excellent Sushi.
To each his own. |
