Does anybody here know of any slips that are around $2 per linear foot?
I'd like to know what the prices are in Port A if anybody has those.
Tyler, why don't they advertise here? I kept hitting refresh on the browser looking for an advert for boat slips. Didn't see any. _________________ I am a pirate 200 years too late. |

| Disregard my PM. For sailboats, the only places I know are downtown and in Port A, Rockport AP etc. |

Hello Skipjack,
There is a marina just below the Holiday Inn, Emerald Beach, between Magee Beach and Cole Park that has open slips. Since your vessel, which is a dandy by the way, has a 3' draft on her keel you would be able to use that marina. I am thinking that the guy who owns the marina is charging between $2.00 and $4.00 per foot, which will fall into line with your requirements.
A good friend, who had the slip next to mine at the downtown marina, moved his boats to that marina and seems to like it very well. I wanted to move my 30' Islander to that marina, but I draw over 5' and the entrance is too shallow for my boat, so I pay $165.00 a month at the municipal marina. When they dredge out the entrance, chances are that I will move also.
If you PM your phone number to me, I will pass it along to my friend and we will see about getting you a slip.
Check it out on Google Earth:
27 degrees 46'41.67"N
97 degrees 23'28.00"W
Welcome to the neighborhood,
Rich
