Got up early this morning looking for a place to drown some live shrimp that I caught last night about dark in my push net. Stopped by Packery and it was a mud hole so I moved on north to Port"A" to a spot I don't talk about much. Boat buzzing around me all morning but I managed to catch over a dozen specks free-lining. I retained 5 for dinner and released the rest. Look for clear water and free-line live shrimp, the trout are bitting... Cool
