me and my friend cody have been searching for a good while for a flats boat that is in good shape and reasonably priced.. This Dargel scooter fits the bill perfectly..

its in Great mechanical condition only needs some cosmetic work. No biggy !!

its the sooper scooter so its 16' long with a 7 foot beam. These are suppose to run in about 6" of water. Smile

It wont be this color for very long.
First things on the list are poling platform , casting deck, leaning post.. Paint, gelcoat.

Should be some good fun.

That is a nice one...especially after a little work!

I actually have the 13-6 skooter with a 50 suzuki....love it. Its actually my stepdads boat, and he never uses it. After I put a new prop--- and a bunch of money in it, he decided that it would be better to park it in a storeroom
(along with his 3 other boats!) than to let me use it.

I could run pretty damn shallow.....it would only get stuck in water shallower than the balls of my ankles. I would say 8-10 inches to get up. . .I would have liked a jackplate on it with a 70.

the guy at Huffs can help you...he knows alot about these boats!

You will love that boat....May I also suggest some trim tabs?

Dargels have been around for years & make great flats boats.
You gonna repower it?

Can anybody reccomend a product to clean up the hull bring back some shine? Somebody told me I should try using some polishing compound before I go through all the trouble of sanding / repainting..
