The fewest duck hunters out on the water for the opener that Ive seen in three years. Was expecting a lot more traffic. But in return we had one of the best days on the water I've seen. Still got our typical Reds, Pins, and BlueBills, but Rounded out limits with teal Widgeon, and spooners. The Hen CanvasBack is still around. Kind of hope she makes it through the season. No jewlery this weekend but with the upcoming Front we aught to see a lot more birds. Pics follow.
Happy Hunting.
