I think SeaTow bought (or leased) a place on the water off Laguna Shores, near the junction of Glenoak. They reworked the pier/dock, also.

I motored thru Bluff Landing a week back. Sad that a functional, public marina, launch and restaurant was destroyed by pure, outright greed! TexasJim

This one is legit. Process is already moving. The 1 slip Bluffs had sold has already been transferred back to them. This should allow the easy cancelling of the "HOA" put in place for these slips as there are no individual owners. Gonna be a great thing having Hawkins gone as far away from this town as possible when all is done.
