that's what I was thinking...he'll make friends really fast...then again, maybe he just wants to live in God's Country and continue to hide behind his keyboard..

rodandroll, why don't you try on the north side of SPID in the bluff? prices are way better... you'll make lots of friends over there

To bad attitudes tend to bring down the readers like me that just wants fishing updates and and happenings . It is a downer for sure when guts start throwing insults.

I have seen Becky in the middle to often.
Its no wonder that only a handful of members still post on this site, but as the numbers decrease because of crap like this, its unfortunate that this site will continue to lose supporters then the advertisers seeing low numbers will spend and support other sites that are just fishing friendly not arguing about the Bluff.

I've owned property on the South side of SPID in Flour Bluff for approximately 10 years now, and I've only been aware of one person who was referred to as a druggy. In that case, I did not actually see the person, but cameras informed me of his presents on our property.

FWIW, I have experienced more "druggies" in Austin than CC. The only people I've experienced being sub-standard in Flour Bluff are the owners of Bluff's Landing marina.

rod and roll is one of the worst trolls on this page....he likely is the single handed reason this page is so slow...he attacks everyone...and he's trolling every one now about potentially moving down...yeah right...I apologize for sometimes getting pulled into his B.S...he would find no friends here based on his past behavior...

as far as a fishing report, the canals on Padre Island (ski canals) are on fire right now. redfish and over sized trout. best fishing is when it's the coldest (usually at night).

I have a feeling that there are some pockets of fish in the Tropic Isles canals too. I thought about trying by the bridge last night, but my meeting after work ran late and I got lazy.

the spillway at the Barney Davis by the Mud Bridge is going off as well. you can park along yorktown and walk up there with boots or waders. It was crowded this morning though when I drove by to work.

The usual places, like by the Lexington downtown, holes by the Packery 361 bridge, the water plant on base (old Captains Cove), Conn Brown harbor, etc are all producing fish right now too..

throw almost anything, but you have to work it SLOW...almost let it sit

there's a report...I have to work and can't go play

You are in the middle far to often. And, thats because you are biggest TROLL here and love to start crap and then blame others for reacting to your smartass comments. TROLL on TROLL!!!!

Hey everyone! What if we all relax, take a deep deep breath and exhale very slowly. I was going to fish today and give a report but when I walked out those winds are howling. Maybe tomorrow I'll give one and we all can smile.

I gave up 'work' last July, so yea, nah, I really should post more fishing reports.....
But after 26 years, I'm just not that mad at fish anymore.

Carry On, Becky. Some of us out here got your '4th Point of Contact'.
