Okay, this is all I got. On Capt Mickey's show, (no pod cast since he is now doing it from home vs studio) is that his buddy Capt Cliff stopped booking trips. Because he heard about a guide getting in trouble for there being 5 people on a 23' boat. LOE involved was not stated. It is now a 4th party conversation.

Are we sure the ticket was for not social distancing or could have been a ticket from Parks and wildlife for exceeding the number of passengers he's allowed according to his guides license?

I'm starting to think it's for operating a "non-essential" service. Or at least that's the best argument I can think of from the LEO's POV. Still is possible law abuse. Believe it goes back to the one that said it's whom you know, no what you know.

it is ridiculous in my opinion, but he broke the rules knowingly and was willing to take the risk to reap the reward.
