My daughter is headed down (I am stuck at home with a shoulder injury). What is open to fish? Including in/around/on Mustang.

All of Mustang to the PA city limits. At that point, you can only drive, walk, exercise, jog, etc.*
(*Excluding MISP because I don't go there much; don't know what rules they're instigating...heard they're staying closed)

They ended up fishing Indian Point. Caught some nice mangrove and a few gafftop. Thanks!
