I am in dire straits. Swell Info.com surf info website seems to be AWOL since June. Any suggestions for alternate sites? Have not found any that give the detailed info(water clarity, timing, etc.) that Swell Info did. Also...I have been told that black fishing line is visible to pelicans. I have caught/snagged/entangled way above my yearly limit of pelicans lately and am wondering about what they may or many not see when it comes to lines in the surf.
Gracias! _________________ Mike |

my heart was broken when texmaps interactive coast fishing map went down this year
http://www.texmaps.com/go/texas-fishing.html
I tried contacting them, asking to buy the software, but no replies - I suspect we lost a fisherman along the way. |

| I use Magic Seaweed which I find pretty good but it is mainly for surfers I would imagine. No details like water clarity. |

I switched from low vis green to high vis green on my long rods for that reason. Definitely fewer problems with pelicans, but it still happens from time to time. Never thought of trying black line. _________________

| Swell Info started working again a few days ago. I hope it doesn't go down ever again! |
