Last Monday the bay was still emptying to the point the channel was unfishable. Has it slowed at all? A few bull reds were caught off the end (all kept, none tagged that I saw ). Tomorrow looks promising..... |

I heard the same from a buddy and was thinking about going yesterday but decided against it, don't forget that you can call operation game thief on people. A game warden may not be able to come but at least you tried. Iv'e seen people keep illegal fish, especially big reds and black drum for years and haven't called but a handful of times. The only time a game warden actually came was when i noticed that some dudes had a bucket full of pregnant crabs. I told them that they were illegal but they basically disregarded me so I called and sure enough a game warden rolled up a few minutes later. Just a thought. |

| Fished the channel Monday you speak of in which we got 11 trout and a lot of macs. Channel was rocking out. Find the sweet spots between channel rocking and the eddys; perhaps this will help |
