My wife and I were able to make a trip down to Corpus and PINS this past week/weekend. We showed Thursday. When I finished worked we hit the bank around the causeway. lots of Piggy Perch. My wife did catch an 18" red, all fish caught on Live shrimp we repeated this Friday when I got done with work. This time we switched to Gulp. I had a nice one on but it got off. Still great fun!!
Now for PINS: Saturday was a great day lots of green turtles in the shore break. I did hook up (twice) on a silver castmaster spoon but they pulled the hook.
Sunday: This was the day, 4 trout 18"-23' the first and largest was caught on a Nomad slow sink. The rest were caught on SoftDine XL. I caught a bunch of whities and bluefish. Hopefully, the pic of the smallest trout will load. I did catch and release all fish.
Guess I need to figure out how to load images HMMM........[/img] |
