good day,,, I have a floating cabin for sale located in the landcut / nine mile cut im asking 40,000 before the complete remodel has been finished or 45,000 total remodel completed...your choice..
The remodel is about 3/4 complete at this time.
it is a older cabin that has been completely remodeled on the outside to include all new decks ,,,new restroom and generator house. has new paint all the way around.. new window screens.......new shutters ect... all the mooring and ropes are new...it sleeps four people comfortably... the inside is in the process of being remodeled... it has new wiring with breaker panel installed and all new insulation installed... the inside is ready to have the walls capped and be painted..it is about 3/4 complete on the total remodel job.. if I finish the remodel on the inside it will be $45,000. no trades or low balling please.. very firm on price. either cash or certified cashiers check are only payment types accepted. pleas leave a p.m. and I will get back with you., or you can get the number form the other post on renting a floating cabin ....thanx |

What type of flotation and its condition ?
Is it in the 9- mile channel on the South side ?

yes it is in the nine mile channel on the south side second to last on the right going into the hole. floatation is part encapsulated floats and fiberglass high sided boat hull. 100 % waterproof and very stable. |
