Does anybody have a recommendation for dock repairs/piling installation on the island? Need some old pilings removed and a few new ones installed.

DeWayne Ebert with Docks and Decks. He lives on the island and his yard is close to Sea Shore school, same side of hwy.

Must be something about dock repair guys. Neighbor gave me D&D number but said they don't respond well. Gave them a call Monday anyway and haven't heard back. Maybe they are all still busy with hurricane work.

Communication with the waterfront contractors seems to be a real problem with all of them. They don't seem to be your typical business people. One contractor I have seen the work of and found it acceptable was Robbie Hendrickson, and the last I knew he was fairly busy redoing Marker37s pier and boat lifts. Just thought I would remind everyone, we all seem to get a lot of trash calls these days on our cells, and I don't even answer my cell phone if it's someone I don't have in my phone contacts, unless they leave a message I can respond to.
