Same here, if you cant catch something on a spoon, there aint nothing there. I have just about every lure known to man, but my startup , my goto , my if I only had one lure on a deserted island, it would be a spoon. _________________ Don - permanent prescription of salt water therapy. |

Yes, usually either chartreuse, pink or red/white. I don't do it very often, I lose them before they get old usually.
I just dip them in the paint can and then hang them to dry. |

| For the flats, the Johnson Silver Minnow in gold is a great lure. It is mostly weedless and definitely more so than the Sprite. |

I don't use them in the bay, in the surf Kastmaster all the way. Gold for cloudy days and Silver for sunny days or clearer water. _________________ JJ |
