as far as 2 MPH.... that takes me back to the BS a few years ago when the park rangers were doing about 40-50 right through the crowded areas of the beach.
the threads were all posted here... I spoke to the chief or captain, or whoever, and he said they were rushing to a drunk that had flipped his truck over in the surf. I guess they were worried about him turning the truck back over, and making a get away? who knows... |
