| Went out about 9 a.m. and fished for about 2 hours. Winds were already blowing pretty good and the water was churned up. Found some clear water along Shores Road. Threw various Plastics including gulps and wound up with 3 trout . Two of the trout went 17 and then I hooked into a tail walking, head-shaking big yellow mouthed 23 inch trout. That was pretty awesome. My neighbor fished for about 3 hours including Nighthawk and only got one 16 inch trout. A couple other friends Steph and Lauren fished with live shrimp for about 4 hours and Lauren got a 19 and a 23 and 1/2 inch trout and that was it . Parks and Wildlife was doing surveys and they said a lot of people came in with zip. |
