My son built a Fish Fillet Station as his Shop Project for this years 2018 Nueces Co. Livestock Show. He did a great job and is built solid!

It will be on display starting Tue 1/16 through Sat 1/20 at the Richard Borchard Fairgrounds in Robstown. It will be up for Silent Auction on Sat. 1/20 from 9am to 4pm. Feel free to PM me with any questions. I can also text more photos. Thanks for looking!

That looks awesome! Lots of nice details. Although it would look a lot better if it was slimed LOL

Looks big enough that 2 people could turn/burn through some fish quickly, and big enough for offshore fish and breaking down deer/hog quarters.

Very nice!

Great looking! Looks very similar to one I've seen photos of online, and which I am in process of gathering the necessary components for. Maybe I should hire your son as a consultant! He does great work!

He did a hell of a job. Looks like the right height to. Heavy duty will last for many years for sure.

Awesome, but I'm concerned on the exposed blades on the back side of the knife holders.
