Hit the sand late on the 13th, water was riled up fierce, no point in setting the clicker on your reel your not going to hear it over the roar of the surf even if you could get a strike. Tuesday morning the water began to shape up a little better as the wind slowed and shifted more from the east, but was still far from being ideal. As the tide got higher pushed by the wind it came up under my truck at its peak and thats when it started to get " Terrible" with countless Skippy's, small Sharks , Whiting and those Over seize Reds would not even give me a lunch break - just "Terrible" Haha- . Yes sir one of those days we dream about and keeps us coming back year after year . Caught and released until my arms and back ached. All in the 33" 39 in class. only disappointment was even on the following day (Wed.) I could not catch a slot seize table Red- terrible situation to be in right -LOL! Finally toward the days end pulled out the hail merry with 3 slot's in a row - two dead on 28" and one 23". Oh yea now were talking Reds on the Half Shell, fire up the grill Mom-ma. Here are the pics via Tyler

Hoping yall had as much fun as I did, next week hoping to be as lucky with the Pompano, but even if I strike out Im still in Heaven just being on the beach.
