| A posted about slow hunting near Alice a few weeks ago. It's getting better now that I've moved to a spot near kingsville. Got 5 birds. This is my first year dove hunting, still trying to get the hang of it. |

Morning doves are just now starting to show up on my place near Falfurrias. Most of the whit wings have gone south!

This is my 50th year. I'm still trying to get the hang of it too. lol

took gun and shells and stuff to the field... dang few birds, but we had beer, margaritas, parisa and guacamole...
it was a nice evening....

cousin's cut sesame field has caught on...
waves of birds, but ya gotta be there just right time...
2-3ish pm and they're thick...
these winter birds feed early.
by 4 is nearly over...
