those are storaage compartments for storing skis, etc. Not live wells. Put fish in there and they will die, most certain.

Bayliners are designed as a family, "all around" boat, that you can do a little skiing from, fish in channels and ride smooth in slight chop, and be easy to drive. Nice boats. Fished from many of them and the front bench seats are a nice place to snooze while holding a rod soaking bait in a channel waiting on a red or big ugly to find it. Very Happy

They are not designed to do any one task extremely well, won't run shallow, can't take on big swells, can't pull 5 skiers, not for racing. Kind of the boat world equivalent of a Toyota Camry.
