They had a reputation of swapping ends but I will let others hopefully explain if they got that problem fixed. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

Since that one is a 95 hull, it may still be prone to that issue (shear). Thanks Tyler. |

I still have my Majek tunnel V for sale. Just updated my post in the classifieds here. I have never had an issue with my boat trying to swap ends but I don't try and turn with the motor jacked up running wide open. I was told Majek tweaked their mold to help stop that on theirs. _________________ Come out of the grass with your fins up....... |

Thanks Stan. I met a lot of good folks in my boat search, and all were very kind and supportive whether I bought their boat or not.
After riding on boats, what seemed to work the best for us was a (newer style hull) 2002 El Pescador 24, previously co-owned by 2 guys from San Antonio since it was new. Always stored inside, it is in great shape. Getting a trolling motor put on at the Pescador factory in Victoria right now (and some fiberglass work needed to make that trolling motor mount right).
See everyone on the water! |
