I did use them in the brown tide and have had luck catching both trout and reds |

WELL yeah, now it's bird season and you have to go kill Tweety. My favorite time because everyone is gone and I'd rather fish than hunt. We will hook it up some time. Right now starting in September I need to fish , fish, fish because I'm doing a family reunion in Shulenburg....fish fry and my retirement get together at the end of November. I need to stock up. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |

I'm a stickler for any paddle tail in new penny/root beer/pumpkin with a chartreuse tail, but tonight I tried a pink Tidal Surge "the thing" at PINS a couple of miles off the blacktop and caught three specks, an 18" red, and small snook in the two hours before sunset. Second snook of my life, and first ever off the beach. Not saying this is my favorite plastic lure yet, but sheesh it impressed me this evening. |
