Finally got some action on topwaters from shore. This was when the water just rose about a foot. It was an awesome time to fish. The bite lasted about 3 days and now it's back to normal levels unfortunately.

Heck yeah, I think the flood tide triggered the bite. I'm sure they were biting almost everywhere that day.
