I really like them for shore fishing deeper 4'+ spots from shore. Ok its not really a speck rig, more of a tandem rig. Put more weight on the bottom so I could work it slower without coming up to high in the water column.
This was right before the bad weather, on Tuesday. Lots of dinks but there were some good ones in there. |

| Cool video. On lures, from shore, murky water, good show. Hope you got a fish dinner. GL. |

Nice video .... you caught a lot of fish in 13 minutes
Ha .... I think that may have been me on the other side of the causeway there. I'm usually on the wrong side. |

Cool video man! Liked the music too.
If I am seeing this correctly, it's a tandem setup with the leading lure being weighted more heavily than the trailing one. At a slower retrieve this could theoretically allow you to work a larger column of water.
If so, BRILLIANT! _________________ "Money will buy you a fine dog, but only love can make him wag his tail." - Kinky Friedman

| Thanks. The weight is actually on bottom with the top bait on a dropper loop. Its great when there are flounder and trout that are in the area. |

Yeah I think this side is usually better because there's more flow. |
