well, im sitting eating dinner having a few drinks for my bday at bourbon st. cafe in SA. i get a text from my bro in law captain PHILL. saying lets go snapper fishing with CAPTAIN GRANTS HONEY SNAPPER HOLE! I tell him i have a safety meeting in the A.M he says cool, lets go after. so i say LETS DO IT! i finally get out and get home to load up my AVET I FINALLY GET TO USE!! i got the reel on fathers day and havent been able to use it till now. so im pumped and i get phill and were hauling A$$ down. we get a text from grant as soon as we hit labonte park. saying WAITIN ON A WOMEN!! LOL, its 11:15 so i were going. as were passing RED DOT WE GET ANOTHER TEXT FROM CAPTAIN GRANT JUST SAYING "5 MORE MINS!!" holy somkes! so we finally get to clems and we unload and load in the boat!! we finally get on the water. so were driving and we finally get to the HONEY HOLE! phill grant and james get lines in the water and james is ON!!! but he comes off, crap. then phill and grant are hooked up! and im still tying on me leader. finally im in the water and start jigging and BAM fish on baby, then another then another, me and phill got doubles!!!

after killing the snapper were heading back to the dock, we fished only an hour TOPS! and we killed em!! never been on snapper like that. and all of them were big!!! such a good time!!

cant thank you enough captain PHILL AND GRANT!!! had a blast! the wife was happy with all the meat i came home with! lol nothing like fresh red snapper!!! cant wait to go again!!!

I'm a little confused .... what is CAPTAIN GRANT'S HONEY SNAPPER HOLE ???

Is that a charter service?

I was just shown a pic yesterday of some very nice snapper, and they limited fast.

no its his honey hole for snapper, he is guide service is called backlash charters hes mainly bay guide
