started fishing some deeper water near the mouth of Baffin in gale force winds nothing giving so switched over to a summer style pattern by moving to some shallower flats and bingo my guys got into the redfish in about two and a half hours had two limits of reds and one oversize with five drum to round it out then moved north just south of emmords and found some kinda green water and finished off with nine solid trout to 20 inches. all caught on mauler style floats and live shrimp while drifting . With the wind crainking it was very important to partially peel the shrimp for added scent and noise. They wanted the corks popped violently as possible if the cork wasn't rattling it wasn't happening . When the wind gets up like that it can make for some good fishing especially being able to fish areas and shorelines normally used as highways by boaters it really keeps a lot of boats off the water ,but with that said don't bite off more than your boat can chew
