Do you all know if there is a local place that is licensed to service inflatable PFD's?

The PFD is an offshore automatic 35 from West Marine.

Will not need a certificate.

I understand West Marine does it. I was in WM one day inquiring about the same, and it seems to be a trial and error type of thing, so having them do it, so you don't have the expense of more than one re-charge device might be a good ideal. The recharge device is pretty pricey by itself.
