Fished today at the 105 and the 95. High tides, high winds and big surf produced many hardheads, with one keeper whiting. No finger mullet to be found.

Many crabs one the beach this spring. They burrow down into the sand. Not too sure what type of crab this is, looks like a red headed freckled crab.

Have yet to catch anything on them, but free bait it is !

It is probably a Speckled swimming crab,Arenaeus cribrarius. Caught several of them the other day at the beach while fishing for whiting.
