The rain has put a damper on a lot of plans for people and it has me sifting through video footage...this was last October on the Mansfield jetty down PINS. This was pretty cool. It was raining so hard that all of the people at the jetty that day, cabbed up in their trucks, couldn't see the end of the rocks and had no idea about the tarpon going off at the end of the jetty that my buddy and I enjoyed...on the fly
