My three girls are old enough to start making the fishing trips with me and my back is starting to hurt even more for it! 😳😁 I Have been looking into buying one of them TSC wagons but have heard nothing but bad reviews about them in the sand and salt, etc.... I would be using this primarely for trips to the jetties and the long walks around the Drum Point area. It'll be carrieing including a pack-n-play along with all the fishing poles and ice chest and what have you. Anyone have any advice or something similar for sale? I was thinking of buying one of them nice aluminum ones at Academy but I think they're alittle pricey. I remember seeing one for sale once on here but can't find it now. Let me know what you might have for sale and thanks in advance yall.

I have the aluminum kind from academy for the few times I fish piers. It makes me wonder why on earth I didn't buy one sooner. The only thing after a few years of taking it out and not washing it off the handle broke off but can be replaced for 15 bucks. The other thing is tie it down in the back of a truck or it slides around and bends in the rod holders. I bought the larger one and it holds all the stuff I need and works well on the sand and works on packery or any jetty that has a pathway. Just my 2 cents! Beats the hell out of carrying everything.

I just use one of those garden wagons from Home Depot. It's lasted 6 years so far, I just bolt PVC rod holders to the side.

Supposed to have a 300 lb capacity, even with balloon tires I think that is pretty optimistic. IIRC I paid around $40.

My wife and I have a Gorilla Cart we bought at Lowes. Toughes thing I've seen. 500 lb linit and we tested it moving bull rock out of our yard. Easy to mount rod holders to the dump bed. Balloon type tires. Paid a little over $100 for it. Much cheaper and bigger than the aluminum cart at Academy. Bed is big enough that a small bait box or ice chest and a kid or two could ride in it.

I would definitely go with the garden wagon. Especially if you are going to carry alot of stuff. just mount some PVC to hold the rods and you will do just fine. I have had mine for 5 years and bought it used for $60 and it still works great. Just spray painted it with rust resistant paint. Best money I have spent.

Thanks for all the advice yall. I was able to pick one up from a fellow member. Thanks again Brooktrout, it was nice meeting you. I look forward to try it out later this week if the weather and my oldests T-ball schedule will allow it.
