| I broke into the oilfield with weatherford four years ago. I do flowback/well testing and hydraulic chokes, I was out of alice also until they shut down our division and have since moved on to different companies, but yes I do spend a lot of time away from home. my first full year with weatherford we didn't have a schedule and I was home for four days out of my first full year, it almost broke me being away that long. now when I work a month or two straight it aint nothing. long hours, all the good times at home missed, all everyone says when they hear you work in the oilfield is oh that must be good money. well, there is a lot more to it than just good money, like right now I'm expecting my first kid and I have been working for 3 1/2 months out of the last 4 months and have missed all but one of the doctor appts with my wife, and luckily it was the gender reveal that I was there for. we sacrifice a lot to give our families the life we believe they should have or the life that we didn't have |

| I live and work in the middle of the oil field here in Irion County. I don't work in the oil industry, but I line up with them every day on the highway or in the store. Rooms for rent, RV parks, hurry-up motels, man camps. Tough life and my hats off to the guys that make our standard of living happen. |

Close to the end is a great boat name, "Puro Pinche Frac". I needed an excuse for another boat this may be it.

Very true. There isn't an amount of money that makes missing those special moments at home. I just keep reminding myself that I'm almost at my short term saving goal and every day gets me closer. And spend quality time with the family when I do get home. |

| I'm right there with all oilfield workers and I must say it's a tough life but "hey somebody has to do it" I been in it for almost 5 yrs now spending birthdays and holidays away from home making a living to support my family. It's tough on the whole family and it especially takes a special woman back at home to keep things in order. So keep those fishing reports coming guys because when I'm out living the Frac life my only window to the salt life is this forum. God bless everyone and keep us safe. Nice video thanks for posting. |

| Driving a frac sand truck for 2 years. We decided the money was not worth the time away from home. So now i am making half the money but i get to spend nights and weekends at home. I missed a lot of my kids growing up in the army. Time that never can be bought back. |

| Been in the oilfield 11 years. the last 6 with Weatherford but I work in North Dakota. Good money and part time. haha |
