I wanted to make fried Mac n Cheese buns for my burgers. The recipe said to add 4 gelatin sheets to keep it together. I only had powdered. The "buns" fell apart in the fryer. A few were ok. We decided to just put them inside burger and it all worked out. I will try this again and use sheets.
