I always wonder if they're setting their nets in our waters or they drift into our waters and they abandon them so as not to cross over?

be willing to bet they're only abandoned when our "people" are in the picture. fuel and supplies are not cheap in Mx either... doubt they'd let nets get away unless for a good reason and most are set "el Norte" on purpose.... and I'm positive that invisible line to the south is only a "de Nada" as long as no other boats are visible.
