or the Hill Country....
some spots not very easy to get to are really beautiful...
many spots in Medina, Kerr, Bandera, Real , Uvalde and Edwards counties are mostly more verticle than horizontal...
oh, yup, very nice pic of final prep of trout and bait..
I'll take a small piece of fillet and a shrimp, acct I'm not greedy 
but I could eat it all...
looks delish!

I like your style - waste not, want not. I love cooking fish on the bone, and the bait shrimp have been so nice lately why not save em! Great stuff.
