So how's the new year dawning down south with my corpusfishing brothers? 39 and breezy up here as I walk out the door (only have to go 1/4 mile) to take my youngest son on his first duck hunt with all of his own stuff. Very Happy

We went to north of Fish Pass Jetties. Landed a couple of undersize drum (very very small), a butter perch and an 11" Whiting. Still a good day on the beach. It was a great way to end last year and start this one.

My son made beautiful music on his new calls and brought down his first duck...a ringneck hen. Very Happy We packed up, drove 2 1/2 hours to Tarzan for lunch with my parents and family, drove home and just finished feeding the livestock. Good day!

Get well soon Stan. Laughing
