gonna grind some venison thru the 3/8 plate for chili con carne and tamales for tomorrow night...
of corse w'll have all the goodies, too... chesse & spinach dip, salsa, chips, a clay pot (jarro) of beans (frijol, charro/borracho style)
and a ribeye roast for dinner Christmas day at noon....
shootin' fer med-rare w/au jus, horseradish sauce, 'sparrgus,a n' carrots...
wish me luck 
if I mess it up, I'll just bake a big pan of cornbread and slop it w/blackstrap molasass...they can have that w/ day old pintos and salt pork.
and eggnog, ....big kid type
