My folks deck needs to be repainted and some minor work done. Do any of you have anyone to recommend? They might need to replace or add some galvanized screws too.
I wanted to give them some recommendations on someone they can trust and not go for the first fly by night crew.
Thanks for any help!

Oz's Rockstar mansion was on the same street for many years so since my dad is 94 and mom is 87 well Geritol Mansion seemed to fit. For you younger folks Geritol was/is a vitamin tonic marketed to older folks for vitality on shows like the old Lawrence Welk show

| Lowes carries a new paint/coating that makes a deck as weather proof and non-skid as the Trex Deck stuff. Fills in all the wood weatherization cracks too. |

I'm seriously considering DeckOver, sold by Home Depot. They claim it will fill up to 1/4" holes. Look at YouTube videos available. In some cases, you can turn boards over instead of replacing them. On repairs I've made to mine, I used stainless screws. You can also use painted deck screws.

| Deck Over is pretty much the same stuff as the stuff from Lowes. I wonder which is the least expensive?? I need to redo my decks. |
