We headed out around 6 pm and fished till 11pm. My buddy landed 2 Reds on a Gulp New Penny Chartreuse Paddle Tail. They measured 21" and 22 ". I was trying my best to get in on the action with Soft Plastics but I certainly need more skill. I was fishing on the bottom with Dead Shrimp and Fish Bites and managed to land 2 Reds. 20" and 23". As we were packing up, my last pole still in the water line had a huge slack. As I tightened up the li ne I gave it a good tug and Bam a 26" Black Drum was on. He took my last piece of Fish Bite. When we got to the bridge at Red Dot we noticed the Seagulls in a feeding frenzy and starting casting out Soft Plastics. There were lots of dink trout and lady fish in the water mainly 12"-14".
We called it a night and once again had a great time. _________________ "Do not call my Jeep a Car ever again " |

| Way to grind it out. Always good to come home with some fish. Appreciate the report. |

| Ok I fished boat hole twice now with not so much as a bite.. We have thrown croakers and shrimp both on popping cork and on a sinker to the bottom. Where abouts are u guys fishing? Close to the bay opening or over by the island or what? Help a guy out if you would please! |

Closer to the Island on an outgoing tide may have been our luck. It has been a bit slow out there lately. _________________ "Do not call my Jeep a Car ever again " |
