Alright, I'm not one for photo sharing. But I'm a bit proud of my days spent grinding out the winter months for fat sow's, so far this year so I figure I'd share a few photos with y'all. Gosh darn got shingles flare up and am a bit down in the dumps because I can't wet a hook until probabally June.

Anyway here they are. Caught 4 fish over 5.5 lbs this year wade fishing and kayaking.

Here's the 32" 10 lbs trout I sent to the taxidermist. Caught her in February (Sorry she wasn't set free guys). Caught her on a Die Dapper. Super secret to catch this sow was a rhythmic retrive with rhythmic 'double taps' during the retrive.

Sure was a bit overwhelming when she swam right at me like a shark when I was working that ole' tidemaster! She hit that die dapper with a THUMP! Surfaced and I thought it was definitely over 32" By gosh it was longer than my rod tape!

(holding this one way out there with one hand is my favorite picture. Wish I had help taking photos, I go solo!).

Here's a 25.5" 5.5 pounder on live shrimp.

Here's a 6 pounder I caught on a Super spook jr. caught a few weeks ago. Secret is a 'speed burst' here and there between the dog walking and strait retrieves...

And lastly a 27.5" 7.5 pounder caught on live shrimp in a few weeks ago. First fish on the new Stratic.

My last grasp of a solid trout, enough gratitude to get me through another day...

Excellent, WOW!!! Beautiful specks, 32" trout. You are a true "Bay Grinder, with patience on your side!" Wink Smile Be careful with the shingles. I had a bout awhile back that lasted close to a year and was definitely a life changer for me! Shocked

Heck of a winter for sure. You should be proud. Its tough work grinding it out in the cold, but the rewards are obviously well worth it.
